                  The Ministry of India has enacted the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006 The  terms of which the definition of micro, small and medium enterprises is as under: Enterprises engaged in the production, , processing or manufacture And preservation.

MSME enterprises is backbone of our economy i.e help us as engine of economic growth, promoting and equitable development for all. Therefore, To provide support and to promote MSMEs on various sectors, the Government of India has been came up with better various subsidies, and schemes and incentives promote MSMEs through the MSMED Act. To available the various benefits under the MSMED Act through Central and State Government, the Banking Sectors.

Through MSMED Act, Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) size of enterprises in both the sectors manufacturing and service can take MSME Registration under the MSMED Act. Thus the MSME registration is not only statutory, it is also beneficial for business and provides MSMEs a range of benefits such as eligibility for lower rates of interest, excise exemption scheme, tax subsidies, powerful subsidie, And various investment subsidie and Various other support. 



Udyog Aadhaar Registration is not Valid for service provider for Retails , sales, or wholesales purposes.

MSME registration has some classes depending on their  Annual Turnover 


                       The Most important objective of this scheme i.e lender should give importance to project viability and Providing the secure the credit facility purely on the primary and not on secondary security of the assets finances.

Benefits For Udyog Aadhaar Registration.

A) State Governments of India has establish Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council (MSEFC) for the purpose of settlements of disputes on getting references/filing by small entities on Delayed payment. In case if there is no payment date mentioned on the agreement, by seller then the buyer is requires to make payment of that entity within fifteen day’s of acceptance of their bill of Good or services.

B) The State Government and Ministry of Establish Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council (MSEFC) conduct various types of training programmes through its various organisations for welfare of enities and also for better self employment as well as wage employment by other Industries. The training programmes are primarily is to focused to promote self employment in various sectors in our country.

1) Two week Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP), 
2) Six Week Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme (ESDP). 
3) One week Management Development Prorgammes (MDP), 
4) One Day Industrials Motivational Campaign (IMC) etc. 

     Monitoring of the programmes on Digital based system has been developed where the various coordinators of the programmes is their bound to feed all details of trainees and also including their photo and phone no. on the website. The same details will be linked to call centre of Ministry to have real time feedback i.e obtained from trainers.
